Aquamor FoodService

When the water is right,
nobody notices.
That's the job.

Beverage taste, ice clarity, espresso extraction, and the life of every brewer, boiler, and dish machine come down to the water feeding them. Aquamor builds NSF-certified foodservice filtration that holds water quality steady — and keeps your operators out of the service-call cycle.

The Real Cost of Bad Water

What bad water actually costs you

Aquamor FoodService Engineering

Filtration engineered for both extremes of the water problem

Most filtration handles one failure mode. Aquamor's foodservice architecture is engineered for both — scale on the hard-water end, corrosivity on the soft-water end — so one platform fits the range of conditions a multi-site operator actually encounters.

  • NSF/ANSI 42 & 53 certified performance — chlorine and taste/odor reduction plus cyst and turbidity reduction, documented, not asserted.
  • Scale and corrosivity control — protect high-value equipment without bolting on a separate softener and a separate conditioner.
  • Designed for commercial duty — built for the volume, heat, and uptime a working kitchen demands.
  • In-house lab validation — chlorine reduction, flow rate, pressure drop, and turbidity tested on site.

The BevGuard filtration systems are built on filtration technology patented by Aquamor's founder (U.S. Patents 11,072,540; 10,590,006; 10,087,085).

Ultrafiltration Systems

A 0.015-micron membrane barrier for ice, beverage, and equipment protection

Aquamor UltraFiltration systems place a self-cleaning 0.015-micron hollow-fiber membrane at point of entry, before the ice machine, brewer, cold-beverage dispenser, or steam equipment. The membrane physically blocks cysts, turbidity, and suspended particles without chemistry, without softening the water, and without a booster pump on standard line pressure.

  • NSF/ANSI 53 certified for cyst reduction — third-party verified, not asserted. Certifications AQ UF-20 and AQ UF-40 cover all four standalone models.
  • Four models, 8 to 30 GPM — size from a single equipment run (UF-4210, 8 GPM) to a high-volume POE application (UF-4420, 30 GPM) on the same platform.
  • Self-cleaning automatic backwash controller — reduces service call frequency without requiring a membrane change on a fixed calendar.
  • Optional NSF post-filtration — add chlorine and chloramine reduction to the UF stage where water quality demands it.
