Engineering & Design

In-house engineers develop system architecture to your spec — flow rate, micron rating, certification target, and housing geometry defined before a tool is cut.

In-House Injection Molding

26 injection-molding machines in-house, from 60 to 775 tons, running a tool library of over 400 active injection molds. Housings, heads, and structural parts are molded on Aquamor's schedule — no contract-molder queue setting your lead time.

NSF-Certified Manufacturing

Production runs under NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 certification standards. Every certified SKU is traceable from raw material to finished unit.
